How do I book?

Do you have minimums for your catering services?
Our private catering starts at a $1,000 event minimum, with packages starting at $15 per person. For smaller guest counts, you can easily meet the minimum by scaling up your package choice or adding delicious menu extras.
What is required to confirm my event?
To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. We accept Zelle or any major debit/ credit cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancelations result in forfeiture of the 50% non-refundable deposit.
How far in advance should I book the truck?
Due to the high volume of catering requests we receive, we urge you to reach out as soon as possible to secure availability. We operate on a first-come first-served basis, and will honor the first deposit submitted for a date.
Do you offer Party Platters?
Yes, we do! Our party platters are the perfect way to feed a crowd without the need for full-service catering. There is no minimum order size or budget requirement. We just ask for a minimum of 72 hours notice on all platter orders so our team can secure the fresh ingredients and prep your spread to perfection.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling must be done two weeks in advance to avoid fees. Your 50% deposit is transferred over to new date. Rescheduling without two week notice will result in a 15% fee.
