What types of catering do you specialize in?
We specialize in fresh, made-to-order, traditional window service catering.
Our services are available for private and public events. Private event examples include weddings, corporate parties, birthdays, anniversaries and more. Public event examples include festivals, community celebrations, conventions, night markets and more.
Do you have minimums for your catering services?
We do our best to accommodate your budget, but we generally enforce the following minimums: Sunday-Thursday: $1,000, Friday and Saturday: $1,500. (subject to availability)
What is required to confirm my event?
To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. We accept checks or any major credit card.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancelations result in forfeiture of the 50% non-refundable deposit.
How far in advance should I book the truck?
Due to the high volume of catering requests we receive, we urge you to reach out as soon as possible to secure availability. We operate on a first-come first-served basis, and will honor the first deposit submitted for a date.
We may offer a limited menu with our most popular items for last minute events that are booked under a week.
Do you offer drop of catering?
As a local business or resident, you can order ahead to have select items from our menu dropped off to you. It's great for parties, meetings, & big group gatherings of any kind!

How do I book?

What happens if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling must be done two weeks in advance to avoid fees. Your 50% deposit is transferred over to new date. Rescheduling without two week notice will result in a 15% fee.
